1. Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your use of this website and the purchase of any services or digital products offered by Alexandra Van Schaik ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing this website, booking a service or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or our services.
2. Services
We provide educational and personal development services, including but not limited to: Human Design Readings, Personal Blueprint PDFs, Workshops, Digital products, Educational resources. Descriptions of our services are provided on the website. We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue services at any time.
3. Bookings
Appointments are confirmed once payment has been received or otherwise agreed. Please ensure the information you provide when booking, including your birth date, birth time and place of birth for Human Design readings, is accurate. We are not responsible for incorrect charts or reports resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.
4. Payments
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers, including Stripe, Wise or bank transfer. All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Rescheduling
Human Design readings may be rescheduled free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Requests received less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for rescheduling.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Human Design Readings: A full refund will be provided if you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
Workshops: Workshop bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. If you are unable to attend, you may also transfer your booking to another participant by notifying us before the workshop begins.
Digital Products: Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable products, including e-books, PDFs and digital resources, are final. By purchasing a digital product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once access or downloading has begun, your statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including text, graphics, logos, branding, downloads, PDFs, educational materials and other resources, is the intellectual property of Alexandra Van Schaik unless otherwise stated.

Download purchased resources for your own personal use.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce or republish website content.
Share, sell or distribute purchased digital products.
Modify or create derivative works from our materials.
Use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
